Our team members and contacts are all working bar, club or band DJs who also teach Community Workshops. We rely on our equipment for our reputation individually and with all work done under madmanpromotions.com. As three of our members have worked for or still do work for Sound Control Modern Music Retailers we collectively have an extremely large knowledge of DJ equipment. This means all the equipment we use is not only rigorously tested "in the field" but also by our own educated benchmarks. We investigate functions, design, ergonomics, sound quality, durability and gig-worthiness against price and build quality, amongst other factors. Our equipment recommendations are consequently well-informed and fair, combining an assessment of all pros and cons in relation to price and application.
We are able to understand functions and thus learn new equipment remarkably quickly for demonstrations to possible purchasers.
